The public is invited to the Anrews Inn Oral History Project’s Community Discussion & Potluck. Andrews Inn was a gay disco, bar, hotel, restaurant, co-counseling site, and community space on the Square in Bellows Falls from 1973-1984. The Inn’s history brings to light the complex crosscurrents of the 70s and early 80s and the power of shared social space in defining personal and collective identities. Were you around when the Andrews inn was in town? Did you work there, eat there, dance there or stay there? This community discussion & potluck invites all to look back together and share some memories.
