Description

William Putnam of Putnam & Damon. Bellows Falls, Vt. Note from photo back: This dog rode on his delivery wagon, beside him on the seat, for years. He was always willing to let us hitch our sleds on the back of his delivery sleigh in the winter, -even willing to stop and fix broken sled ropes. Beloved by his nieces and nephews as well as other children. Francies Coolidge Howe.
