Early Education Services, our regional Parent Child Center, is offering information and referral services for families with young children outside of Brattleboro. Do you need help finding where to turn? As EES staff member will be available at the Whitingham Public Library on Thursdays from 12-1 pm to help you learn about resources and how to access them. Description:
Hey, Kids! The Brooks Memorial Library will be hosting Lizi from the Brattleboro Co-op to teach you how to make fresh dessert tortillas. We will grind corn, make dough (masa), and shape and cook the tortillas to serve with fresh butter and maple syrup. Be sure to sign up at the library to reserve your spot ([email protected]). Takes place in the 2nd floor meeting room at the library on Thursday, August 9, 12:30-1:30pm.
