John seconds \u2013 approved unanimous<\/li>\n<li>Lelsie moves and John Seconds \u2013 John as chair and Gary as secretary \u2013 unanimous<\/li>\n<li>Discussed the results of the survey \u2013 no indication for strategic change \u2013 perhaps a bit more public information and outreach on 3 or 4 items. \u00a0Next Steps for this:<\/li>\n<li>Tell board results of survey and see what their perspective is?<\/li>\n<li>Look at Next 3 to 5 years \u2013 anything we have in mind for the library?<\/li>\n<li>Celina\u2019s proposals \u2013<\/li>\n<li>Staff goes through and checks off the items in the strategic plan that are complete \u2013 and writes what we did in each<\/li>\n<li>Any new ideas about- \u00a0in the next 3 (or 5) years \u2013 this is what we want to pursue?
