DESCRIPTION:On October 2, from 4:30-6pm, Rockingham Free Public Library is hosting an Art Exhibit Opening reception for artist Rachel Spigel’s new exhibition at the library.\n\nJoin us in welcoming Rachel Spigel’s art show to the library, on display from October 1-December 31. Rachel Spigel is an artist based in Bellows Falls who loves animals and sees art as an opportunity to connect personally with nature and the world around us.\n\nThis reception is free and open to the public. Can’t make the opening?
