“The Public” film screening & discussion

Imagine this: It’s a bitter cold night in the city. All the warming shelters are full, so a group of homeless people decide to stage an “Occupy” sit-in at a very public building. Find out what happens in this drama set in one of the last bastions of democracy-in-action: your public library. Louise Luring from our local Warming Shelter will be available after the film for information and/or group discussion.

The event is finished.
