Cook with Me: Little Hands in the Kitchen

🧑‍🍳 Date: Friday May 8th

🍜 Location: Rockingham Free Public Library

🥗 Time: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

What to expect: We will be cooking up some simple snacks where your kiddo can help out! You will go home with a book to read with your child, as well as a small cookbook of foods you and your child can make at home! 

Did you know that with following a recipe you model literacy, counting, measuring, and it’s a great time to bond together!

Have a picky eater? Did you know that allowing kids to help in meal preparation encourages eating different foods? It’s a great way to explore some new foods together and get more comfortable touching, smelling, and maybe even tasting new foods!

Come join us on Friday May 8th at 10:30 AM at the Rockingham Library for a Cooking Event with SAPCC early interventionist, Christine DeMasi  and Parents as Teachers coordinator, Meg Minehan!
