Lunchtime Movement and Mindfulness Class: A wonderful way to recharge your day!
Thursdays 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9 from 12pm-1pm

Join us for a restorative 1-hour midday break at the library to refresh your mind and body. This 4-week session blends yoga postures, guided meditation and mindfulness practices to help you recharge for the rest of your day. Join Randi Graham, certified yoga teacher, for this wonderful pause in your day. This class will be offered once per week for four weeks. Free and open to the public!
