The Rockingham Free Public Library invites everyone to join in this celebration of creativity, literature, and marshmallow fun.

Submissions Due (brought to the library):  April 4 – April 10
Voting: April 11 and April 13
Winners Announced April 14

It’s easy to participate. Here are the rules:
– Dioramas must be constructed by the entrant out of standard-sized shoe box.
– Dioramas must have a literary theme.
– Dioramas must contain 1 or more Peep(s). Any shape peep is allowed.
– One entry per person
– All entries must be in good taste – The Rockingham Free Public Library reserves the right to omit any entries it feels are not appropriate for public viewing.

The contest will be divided into three age categories:
– Adult (ages 18+)
– Teen (ages 12-17)
– Kid (ages 11 & younger)

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
– Best Diorama in Age Group
– Best Transformation of a PEEP
– Best Diorama Title
– Library’s Choice (voted on by library staff)
– Peeple’s Choice (determined by popular vote)
 

All dioramas must be submitted by Friday, April 10.  

To vote for Peeple’s Choice visit the library between Monday, April 11th and 13th and vote. Or online you can view the PEEPS Literary Diorama Contest 2026 photo album on the library’s Facebook page and “Like” your favorite diorama.
