Are you interested in sourdough baking but can’t tell a starter from a spatula? This 2-day class is for you! Join sourdough enthusiasts John and Celia for this two-part series about all things sourdough. Participants will learn to make and feed a starter, learn about batters, doughs and more! There are a limited number of seats and supplies available (if we run low on supplies, people can share). This event is free and open to the public. This program is part of Rockingham Gathers and is made possible by AARP Vermont. Note: this is a 2-part series, please plan to attend both sessions. No need to sign up, just come and enjoy!
