Tai Chi for Kids
Come enjoy an introduction to the gentle nature inspired movements of taichi with Michelle Bos-Lun. Move like water, push a mountain, ride a tiger, or stretch like a white crane. Tai Chi for Kids will provide an opportunity for kids to move their bodies in ways that will promote balance, muscle, fine motor development, and will help them develop mindfulness.
Tai Chi for Kids is open to all ages, but probably 3-10 will enjoy it most. Caregivers or other adults are welcome too, but this program will be geared towards the younger ones.
